Is VenueDesk available now?

VenueDesk is in controlled beta at version 0.7.0-beta.1. Registration may be open or invitation-only depending on current platform settings, and only plans linked to a valid Stripe Price are shown for self-service checkout.

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard provides the complete core workflow for one venue. Pro adds multiple venues, advanced reports and CSV exports, and the tenant custom branding editor.

How does the Founding Venue offer work?

It provides Standard entitlements for $49 per month while the offer is enabled and spots remain. Checkout reservations hold a spot temporarily, and the offer can close automatically when its configured customer cap is reached.

What does Enterprise add?

Enterprise includes Pro capabilities plus tenant-scoped API access, a custom onboarding workflow, centralized multi-venue operation, and priority-support designation. Enterprise normally begins with an invitation and agreed implementation scope.

Are reports included on every plan?

The normal business dashboard is part of the core workflow. Advanced Overview, Sales, Bookings, Packages, and Customers reports with CSV exports require Pro or Enterprise.

Can tenant users enable MFA?

Yes. Tenant users may enroll TOTP MFA and receive recovery codes from Account settings. Super Admin MFA remains mandatory.
